How to Use AI Alpha Hub
AI Alpha Hub works like an on-demand AI team for your business. You assign tasks — strategy, content, sales follow-ups, support, or operations — and your AI staff handles the execution for you. Follow the steps below to get set up and put your AI team to work in minutes.
Getting Started
Here’s a step-by-step walkthrough to help you navigate the tools, generate reports, and take action using AI Alpha Hub.
Selecting tool from the form selector
1. Register for free or log in to your account.
2. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Main AI Dashboard — your central hub showing your tool usage and access to all solutions.
3. At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll see three key form selectors:
- 🧠 Strategy Reports Form Selector
- ✍️ Marketing Content Generator Form Selector
- ⚙️ Operations Form Selector
4. You can also navigate (Top Menu) to the customer service tab to set up your customer support and get your fully powered A.I chat box for your 24/7 support.

Example 1: Generate a Blog Post
Step 1: Click the arrow on the Marketing Content Form Selector and choose “Blog Posts”.

Step 2: Fill in the form with details like your business name, target audience, and topic.
Step 3: Click “Generate”. Wait 30–60 seconds for your blogs to be generated.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to the “My Blogs” page where your blog posts are listed.
Step 5: Open and review your blogs. Use the “Copy” button to copy your content or click “Posted” after publishing it.
Example 2: Generate a Business Strategy
Step 1: From the Strategy Reports Form Selector, choose “Business Strategy”.

Step 2: Fill out the form with your industry, goals, and business details.
Step 3: Click “Generate”. The AI will generate a comprehensive strategy overview.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to your reports dashboard where you can view, save, or download the strategy report.
Example 3: Get a Tech or Automation Recommendation
Step 1: Open the Operations Form Selector and choose “Automation Assistant”.

Step 2: Describe the manual or repetitive task you want to automate in your business.
Step 3: Click “Generate” and wait for your custom automation plan.
Step 4: Your tech report will suggest free/affordable tools or GPTs and how to use them.
Sales Solution: Add and Track Leads
Step 1: Navigate to the “Add Lead” page in the Sales section.

Step 2: Fill out the lead’s details, notes, and choose how many follow-up emails you’d like AI to generate (e.g., 3 or 4).
Step 3: Click “Generate” to be redirected to the generated follow-up emails list.
Step 4: You can view all leads in the “My Sales Leads” page.

Step 5: The system will automatically send reminders as scheduled — and you’ll be copied in the emails.
Step 6: From “My Sales Leads”, you can mark leads as “Contacted “Has Responded”, or “Stop Sequence” or you cand click “Send Now” to send the next email of the series immediately.
