• ✉️ Email behavior: Emails are sent gradually according to your selected follow-up schedule — not all at once. You will be copied on all outgoing emails.
• 🔢 Follow-up count: For most prospects, 3–4 follow-up emails work best. You can stop or resend emails at any time.
• 🛠️ Full control: From the Sales Dashboard, you can mark a lead as contacted, stop a sequence, resend an email, or send the next email immediately.

💡 Tip: The more context you add about the lead, the more natural and effective your follow-up emails will be.
